My husband and I bought a home in Gig Harbor but weren’t able to move in for four months after closing. I feel very fortunate that Abigail’s Concierge Service is in the area. Abigail met our moving truck and arranged for the boxes and furniture to be delivered. Then she and her assistant, Kathy Black, managed our home for the four months we were away. Kathy checked on the house every week, took in our mail, and sent us a detailed report on the condition of the home. They are both very professional and very pleasant to work with. As we needed other jobs done they have helped us with that too and we will use them when we rent our house next summer. Highly recommended.

We moved to Gig Harbor from the Washington DC area in late August. One of the most stressful parts of the move was flying out our three cats to their new home. These are our "fur children,” so after getting settled, one of the first services we needed to find in the area was a service to care for our three cats when we take occasional trips. One day while having a burger at a downtown restaurant we saw an ad for Abigail’s Concierge Service. In the ad she listed pet sitting as one of her services, and we immediately contacted her. When we met, Abigail told us about the pet sitters she had on her team who were bonded and experienced working with pets. Very soon after that, we hired Abigail to come into our home twice daily to feed and play with our cats, and freshen their litter boxes while we took a short trip. Abigail herself took great care of the cats while we were gone and we were immediately sold on the service. Not long after that, we took a longer trip and Abigail again came over and took care of the cats twice daily. This time she even offered to check our mail and took our garbage cans up the drive to the curb for our trash pick-up day. When we got home, Abigail had left a nice note about how her week with the cats had gone. In her note she related that it was so nice being there with the cats that she brought her laptop in and hung out with them longer while she worked. We think Abigail’s pet sitting service is great! Hiring Abigail’s service to care for our three cats when we travel allows us to leave with peace of mind that our "fur children” will be well cared for while we’re gone.

I remember back, I think 2 years ago when you were just starting your business and we invited you to our Canterwood home to see if your housewatch business would fill our expectations. You came with notepad in hand and a form outlining the items you would check in and out of our home while we wintered in Palm Desert, Ca for 6 months. You did a complete walk thru of our home both inside and outside and then we discussed your housewatching plan. I found you very professional and you met all our expectations. Your response to our needs was quick and excellent also. During the two years you cared for our home you were very reliable, trustworthy, and dependable. You always emailed us monthly and sometimes weekly an update on the condition of our home and any thing you found different from the last visit.
